The Organiser may in exceptional circumstances (including inclement weather) need to postpone or cancel the Event, and we will announce such postponement or cancellation on our official website (http://www.apacinnosummit.net) in the homepage as soon as reasonably practicable. The Organiser will not be liable to you for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by you as a result of the cancellation or postponement of the Event.
