Frederick is currently an Analyst and Project Lead at Click Ventures, a Seed to series A global VC fund investing in start ups that accumulate digital assets. He is involved in all aspects of investment and operation at Click Ventures, and shares insights on behalf of Click Ventures as a speaker, judge and mentor in notable conferences and ecosystem events hosted by Techstars, InnoAngel, Investible, Startup Weekend and Young Founder School. Prior to Click Ventures he was a Fellow at Fresco Capital, a global education technology and health care VC. He began his career as an Institutional Sales Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs advising APAC financial institutions on fund investments.

As a blockchain enthusiast, Frederick has co-authored an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) guide to help start ups navigate the evolving ICO landscape, and adjudicated at global blockchain related start up competition. Frederick holds a BSc in Economics and Economics History from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
