Sandra Leung

Sandra joined HKEX in 2015, and is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Issuer Services of the Market Development Division of HKEX. Prior to joining HKEX, Sandra spent almost 10 years in Goldman Sachs Investment Banking Division in Hong Kong, last serving as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Consumer Retail Group.

Sandra is passionately involved in youth and diversity-related initiatives in Hong Kong and abroad. She is currently serves as Board Member and CFO of Time Auction (an NGO focused on youth mentorship), Co-Vice Chair of the HKEX Women's Exchange, and Alumni Council Member of Phillips Academy (Andover, MA, USA). Sandra was awarded the American Chambers Women of Influence Young Achiever of the Year Award in 2016.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Sandra received her BSc in Economics (cum laude) from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She is also a graduate of the Basic Cuisine and Basic Patisserie courses at Le Cordon Bleu, Sydney.
